Privacy policy

Last updated 20 October 2026.

This site is a small collection of apps for keeping track of hobbies: fishing, gaming and exercise. This page explains what each one keeps about you, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask for.

Who is responsible

The site is run by its operator, who is the data controller for what it keeps.

What every app keeps

  • Your account: the email address and name your sign-in provider (Google or Facebook) gives us, and which apps you have access to. We never see your password.
  • Notifications: if you turn them on, the address your browser gives us for sending them.
  • Server logs: the pages requested, with their status and timing. The web server's own access log also records your IP address. Logs are kept for at most 30 days, to keep the site running and secure.

The exercise app

Some of what the exercise app keeps is health data, so it is kept only with your explicit consent, which it asks for before you start:

  • your training sessions: day, times, kind of exercise, distance, steps, and the sets you lift with their weights and reps
  • heart rate measured during a session, the GPS route of a run or ride with its elevation, and running dynamics, when your watch recorded them
  • what you tell it about yourself for the coach: birth year, body weight over time, maximum and resting heart rate, and goals
  • your gyms, named routes, weekly challenges and the badges you have earned
  • what Claude has written for you (weekly summaries, coaching and its answers to your questions), and your Anthropic API key, which is stored encrypted
  • if you connect Google Health, an encrypted token that lets the app read your workouts, and a note of which workouts it has already brought over

All of it is yours alone: nobody else using the app can see it.

The fishing and gaming apps

  • Fishing: your catches (species, size, photo, where and when, and the weather at the time), the boats and trips you're part of, a boat's position and trail while you share it, and your groups and profile. These are shared with the people in your groups, boats and trips, as each page shows.
  • Gaming: the games on your shelf, the sessions you plan and join, with their photos, notes and polls, and your groups. These are shared with the people in your groups and sessions. Your calendar link is secret and shows only your own sessions.

Why we keep it

  • To provide the apps you signed up for: this is the agreement between us (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
  • Health data in the exercise app: your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time by deleting your account.
  • Server logs and security: our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and safe (Article 6(1)(f)).

We don't sell your data, show ads, or use it to profile you. There is no tracking or analytics.

Who else handles it

  • Amazon Web Services hosts the site and its nightly backups, on servers in the EU.
  • Google and Facebook sign you in, and so know that you used the site.
  • Google Health, only if you connect it: the exercise app reads your workouts, heart rate and routes from it. We use what it gives us only to show it to you, never for ads, and never pass it to anyone else. This follows Google's API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
  • Anthropic, only when you press a button asking Claude for a summary, coaching or an answer: the sessions and profile it needs are sent under your own API key, and Anthropic's terms with you apply. Anthropic is based in the US.
  • Your browser's push service (from Google, Apple or Mozilla) delivers notifications you have turned on.
  • Stripe, only if you choose to support the app with a subscription: Stripe handles the payment, and we keep only your Stripe customer reference and whether your subscription is active. Stripe is based in the US and relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it or your account. Deleted data stays in the encrypted nightly backups for up to a year: daily copies are kept for 30 days and one copy a month for a year. After that it is gone.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete what we keep about you, ask us to restrict how it is used, or object to it. In the exercise app you can do two of these yourself, from Settings:

  • Download my data gives you everything the app keeps of yours as one file.
  • Delete my account deletes all of it, and disconnects Google Health.

For anything else, or for the fishing and gaming apps, contact the operator and we'll answer within a month. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Sweden, IMY, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten).

Cookies

The site only uses the cookies it needs to work: one keeps you signed in, and a few short-lived ones carry a sign-in, an invite or a connection to Google Health through to the page they're for. Your light or dark theme is remembered in your browser alone. None of them track you, so there is nothing to accept.

Age

The site is for people aged 16 and over.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If the exercise app's use of your health data changes, it asks for your consent again.
