Terms of use

These terms apply when you use this site and its apps, which are run by the site's operator. By signing in, you agree to them. How your data is handled is set out in the privacy policy.

The service

The apps are free to use. Support through a subscription is voluntary and unlocks nothing extra. You can cancel it at any time, and it ends at the close of the period you've paid for. The apps are a hobby project, provided as they are: we work to keep them running and your data safe, but can't promise they will always be available or free of mistakes. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose: the exercise app's Download my data is there for that.

Not medical advice

The exercise app's heart-rate zones, pace, training load, badges, and everything Claude writes (summaries, coaching and answers) are for information and motivation only. They are not medical advice. Claude's text is written by an AI and can be wrong. Talk to a doctor before starting or changing training, especially with a health condition, and stop if something feels wrong.

Your account and content

• You must be 16 or older.
• What you add stays yours. You let us store it and show it to you, and to the people you share it with in the fishing and gaming apps, so that the apps can work.
• Don't post anything unlawful, anything that infringes someone else's rights, or anything meant to harass people. Don't try to reach data that isn't yours, or to disrupt the site.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using the apps at any time and, in the exercise app, delete your account from Settings.

Your own API key

The exercise app's Claude features run on the Anthropic API key you add yourself. Anthropic bills you for those requests under its own terms with you.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect loss, or for loss of data, caused by using or being unable to use the apps. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use the apps afterwards means you accept the new terms.
